Amenities and Rates
Thank you for your interest in our mountain cabins. We have four of the nicest cabins in our area. They are also unique in their location just a few feet from the Chestatee river. Our cabins are located on 30 acres so there is lots of room for privacy and enjoying nature. We are also 5 miles from the quaint town of Dahlonega.
Cabin #1 and Cabin #2 have one bedroom with queen size bed plus an upstairs loft with 2 single beds. Cabin #3 is our largest which has a queen bed plus a single bed downstairs and also with a queen bed and single bed upstairs. There is room in the loft for an extra air mattress or sleeping bag. Our last Cabin #4 is a one bedroom only with a queen bed - our favorite for honeymoon couples. No hot tubs but the most beautiful river. There is one bathroom per cabin. Each cabin has a private deck and charcoal grill and satelliteTV with a VCR. All you need to bring is food, a good book and some outdoor gear like fishing rods. If gold prospecting is your interest bring your gold pans. No gold dredges please.
Our rates are $130 per nite weekends and holidays and $120 week days plus taxes. Two or more nights is our minimum. We must pay a 5% Hotel tax plus another 7% sales tax. There is also an additonal $20 per cabin cleaning/linen fee. We will reserve your cabin with a major credit card. If you are unable to come we require a 2 week notice. Sorry we are not equipped to handle pets and we do not allow smoking within the cabins.
Our Cabins are fully furnished including linens, a fully functional and furnished kitchen, dining and living rooms, satellite television, heating and air conditioning, and outdoor charcoal barbecue grills.
Rates
Rates are $120.00 per Weeknight and $130.00 per night on Weekends and Holidays. (Please add taxes). $20.00 Linen and Cleaning Fee will be charged.

Families and fun seekers, weather permitting, bring your float tube, raft, or canoe. Year round hiking and mountain biking.
Just looking for a little respite? How about a good book and your favorite soul food? Imagine reclining on the deck nibbling on fresh fruit, wine and cheese and listening to the music of the River.
Fisher People, bring your Fishin' stuff. We catch em' all the time and so can you!
Gold panners (and those of you, who have never tried) bring a gold pan. We find it all the time and so can you! (No dredges please!)
